Refund and Return Policy

• The official receipt must be presented as proof of purchase.


• Implied Warranty Disclaimer: NO WARRANTY. All Goods will meet the minimum performance capabilities for which they are intended. However, this implied warranty goes both ways, and Apptrade will not be expected to replace or repair items being misused.


• Apptrade will NOT COVER DAMAGES or LOSSES arising from normal wear and tear, scratches, improper use, faulty electrical circuit, operating the unit outside of voltage range, unauthorized repair of unit, and/or force majeure from natural disasters.


• Apptrade guarantees that ALL ITEMS were TESTED upon check-out.


• COMPLETE – The Buyer ACCEPTS the items in complete condition, verified proven by agreeing to proceed with payment.


• UNTESTED – Replace/Refund will ONLY be offered by Apptrade should items be proven to be untested upon check-out. Warranty for this case will be valid for 3 days only. Change of mind will not be entitled for Replace/Refund.
